We don't collect special category data (such as health information) through this website. If you're a patient of one of our dental practice clients, your data is handled by that practice and, where relevant, under their own privacy notice — not by us.
Why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry (legitimate interests / taking steps to enter a contract) — contacting you about the services we offer.
- To deliver our services to a dental practice that engages us (performance of a contract).
- To improve this website (consent) — only where you've accepted analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal data. We may share it with:
- Service providers who help us run this website or our business (e.g. hosting, email, scheduling providers), under contracts that require them to protect your data.
- Regulators or authorities where we're required to by law.
Meta ad accounts referenced on this site belong to our dental practice clients, not to us — any data you submit through a practice's own ad or lead form is governed by that practice's privacy notice, not this one.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our contract plus a period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymise it.
